However, the wait time for our dishes was over half an hour. When the food finally arrived, I couldn't help but notice that while the dosas were crispy, the sambhar was rather bland and the coconut chutney was a lackluster affair. " Superb experience! The Coconut had some of the best south Indian food I've tasted in Kamloops. The décor was inviting, and dinner was served hot. I particularly enjoyed the ghee roast dosa and the coconut rice! The spice levels were just right. My only note is they should have more options on the menu.
